All restorative yoga sessions include a sound bath of quartz crystal singing bowls. 432 hertz healing frequencies vibrate through the cells of your physical body via sound waves to release blockages and residual tension, resulting in improved sleep, deep relaxation, and overall rejuvenation.
A sonic medicine session includes the crystal singing bowls plus 108 repetitions of OM chanting followed by vocal toning and harmonic overtones.
